- Booking and payment details – securely processed via our booking partner; we do not store payment card data.
- Cookies – basic site analytics to improve navigation; no advertising or profiling cookies are used.

- To arrange consultations and deliver your chosen treatment.
- To contact you about appointments or aftercare.
- To meet legal, insurance, and safety obligations under the Aeternitas Compliance Framework.

HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED
All digital records are stored on encrypted, password-protected systems within the UK.
Paper consultation forms are scanned and secured within controlled access folders, then confidentially destroyed once digitised.
Access is restricted to authorised Aeternitas managers and compliance staff only.
HOW LONG DATA IS RETAINED
Consultation and treatment records are retained for seven years, in line with insurance and clinical-governance requirements, after which they are securely deleted or shredded.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

- Ask for corrections or deletion where appropriate.
